Highly skilled and well-trained personnel is recommended to work as a coal miner especially for a large company.A coal miner in East Kutai works based on two shifts: morning and evening shift. When a person gets morning shift, he/she should leave his/her house before dawn and finishes work in the evening. Vise versa. He/she gets two or three days off after working for six days in order not to get fatigue.

Someone who plays a very important role in the world of teaching and education is a teacher, this is because teachers have a very noble duty and role. Teachers are the unsung heroes. A teacher is also required to guide and teach students at school, help students become good at reading, worship, and understand the knowledge conveyed, become aware of what is good and bad and this embodies the students’ personal ethics and courtesy. A teacher’s job is to be a teacher, not a mentor. As a teacher, you must have several competencies that confirm that you are a professional teacher. These competencies are pedagogical, personal, professional and social competences. The four competencies are mandatory and must be owned and implemented by the teacher, because this can affect the success of teaching in the classroom. The personal teacher will always be digested and imitated, teach with discipline, active and sincere, trustworthy, and responsible. It is not an exaggeration if students always expect a teacher figure who always pays attention to their interests. The teacher’s attitude and personality that the students like in learning can determine the success of the teaching and learning process.
THE LAHILOTE LEGEND
In ancient times there was a man named Lahilote who lived upstream of the river near the springs. His daily job is to find rattan in the forest. Then he will see seven maidens bathing in the river. Laughter was heard from a distance. While they were bathing, Lahilote took the scarf of one of the angels and hid it somewhere. The angels just realized, apparently there are people who have been peering at them for a bath. Lahilote’s sudden presence surprised the angels. They fly riches, except for one who loses his scarf. Long story short, an angel was successfully persuaded and married Lahilote.
As usual, Lahilote looks for rattan wood into the forest. While cleaning the house, Lahilote’s wife accidentally found her scarf missing in a bamboo tube. She was thrilled that her scarf had been found. At that time he also flew to his original place, namely Heaven.
That day Lahilote was really lucky, the wicket gained more than usual. But when he came home his joy vanished. The bamboo tube was empty and his wife had returned to heaven. He’s really dissing. Suddenly a Polahi who lived in the middle of the forest was present before him. He holds hutiya mala rattan. The Polahi said, “This rattan will guide you to heaven.” Find your wife there!”.
Long story short, Lahilote flew to heaven and met his wife. Lahilote and his wife reunited in heaven. At one point, Lahilote and his wife were having fun talking together. Lahilote sits on a piece of wood. Meanwhile, his wife is busy looking for lice on Lahilote’s head. She was surprised to see the gray hair on her husband’s head. He remembers a gray man should not be in heaven. Lahilote asked why. His wife replied, “What is the meaning of love if you are gray, what is the meaning of a heaven if the master lives a shadow.” Lahilote didn’t expect the consequences to be so severe. He was absolutely devastated. Then he came down to earth using a plank.
Lahilote swears, “Until the twilight of my life, the border of Pohe beach ends with a shroud, where the soles of my feet will be glued throughout the ages.”
The foot-shaped stone can be found on Pohe beach, Gorontalo. According to local masyarakay beliefs, the stone is the palm of lahilote times that are wasted from heaven.
ORTOPEDAGOGUE
Ortopedagogue is a profession that refers to special education teacher. They work specially to serve education for children with special needs such as blind, deaf, mentally retarded, disabled, autistic children and the others. So in essence the ortopedagogogue is a special education teacher.
The ortopedagogue is a completely unique profession. Those who work in this field, besides having to have formal requirements in the form of an undergraduate from a special education departmen, the personality requirements also require them to be people who love and have strong desire to deal with disorders in their students. They tend to be social individuals, which means they’re kind, generous, cooperative, patient, caring, helpful, empathetic, tactful, and friendly. They excel at socializing, helping others, and teaching. Some of them are also investigative, meaning they are intellectual, introspective, and inquisitive.
The work also can be emotionally demanding and physically draining. Many ortopedagogues are under considerable stress due to heavy workloads and administrative tasks. They must produce a substantial amount of paperwork documenting each student’s progress, but on other side, they work also under the threat of litigation against the school or parents if correct procedures are not followed or if the parents feel that their child is not receiving an adequate education. Recently passed legislation, however, is intended to reduce the burden of paperwork and the threat of litigation.
Therefore, it is necessary to make a legal guarantee that protects the work of teacher in carrying out their work. It is worthly of gratitude that the Government has made regulations protecting the teaching profession an education staff in the Permendikbud Nomor 10 tahun 2017 Tentang Perlindungan bagi Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan. This regulation is answer to the increasingly restless teacher and other communities towards teachers and education staff.

Farmer is a person engaged in agriculture, or can be called by someone who is the main livelihood of farming. Farmer is someone who sow seeds, nurture, until harvest. Farmer is a person whose income is derived from the cultivation of productive plants. They grow paddy which can we use to make rice. They work in a rice field.They grow vegetables which can we use to make food. They work in a field.
Occupation
The chef is responsible for everything about the food in a restaurant. He is responsible for buying the food, hiring and supervising the kitchen workers, creating the menu for the customers, and deciding the recipes (the details of how the cooking is done). Some chefs are trained and some are not trained.
A chef is in charge of the kitchen in restaurants or other places where food is served. They watch all activity and food preparation with any staff that would assist in the kitchen. They supervise the preparation of food for its garnishing and presentation, as well as, the seasonings for a perfect taste. A chef orders food or kitchen supplies and provides cost estimates to the employer. They monitor any staff requirements and production schedules to be sure any services are delivered on time.
